Refund Policies

When Purchasing a piece from my online shop, I am unable to give refunds. This is because of the exclusivity of all artworks. All of my work is one off so once bought the piece cannot be refunded. 

This Excludes artwork which has been badly damaged in transit (Organised by the seller BMR).  A new piece can be created or I will refund the cost of the piece alone. (Excludes extras such as framing and delivery)

If the frame has been damaged in transit, the frame alone can be refunded or replaced. (Organised by the seller BMR)

When ordering a bespoke piece of artwork, the deposit of 50% is nonrefundable.


Privacy Policies

All photos sent to the artist (BMR) are completely disclosed.

Finished artworks will not be used on social media and for other advertising unless confirmed by the client. 

All contact information and delivery addresses are completely private. (Excluding Delivery Carriers)


Terms of Service

When ordering bespoke artworks, the artist (BMR) will create a scheme and visual for the client.

A 50% deposit of the total cost will be taken upfront once the piece has been confirmed in detail. 

During the creating process, the client will be kept up to date with visuals. This is so any changes can be made and the client is 100% happy with their piece. 

Commissions can be a long process and can take from 2 to 12 weeks to complete. In the rare occasion this process could take longer depending on the client's needs. 

Original Artworks are covered by the UK copyright law.


Shipping Policies

UK delivery can be arranged taking between 1-2 Weeks.

International delivery for large canvases can be arranged by the customer.
